Flavors, by nature, are divided into those that we forget immediately and those that remain in our memory forever, bringing back memories and special moments.

We believe in the power of natural ingredients and we rely on carefully selected batches of meat. Thanks to that we create sausages that lead to the unknown meanders of flavors and aromas.

We have the courage and the gene of the explorer because we love to experiment. We prepare special mixtures of popular herbs and combine them with exotic spices to make the taste of our sausages unique.

Their uniqueness derives from the fact that we carefully select spice sets for them and have developed an optimal production system.

Our secret is the combination of innovative technology with traditional recipes and smoking techniques developed over the years.

The high quality of our products is influenced by many factors, but we focus our attention mainly on providing healthy sausages. The Bastion Smaku is a reflection of nature, health and the new tradition we create.

Combining theory and many years of practice, he and his son have developed innovative methods of producing and processing cold cuts. Thanks to the knowledge of process engineering and modern technologies in the meat processing industry, he is improving his skills and techniques. He uses his knowledge while working  on the next unique recipes.

Thanks to the exceptionally developed sense of taste, he is able to an extraordinarily combine herbs and spices with meat to create peculiar and unusual cold meats. He maintains family culinary traditions, introduces innovative solutions and unique recipes based on natural ingredients only. He is convinced that nature provides all the necessary elements to eat healthily and tastily.
