One of the most valued – next to ham – Polish cold meats. Smoked, ripening ham, wrapped in a unique buffer of garlic and herbs, to give it a peculiar character and incredible taste. An excellent piece of meat in which a small amount of fat guarantees even greater pleasure of eating. To have fun with flavors, best combined with fresh herb leaves, e.g. peppermint or basil. Perfect taste – according to connoisseurs – is obtained after drying.
